SHIPPING
WE OFFER FREE USA SHIPPING FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS.
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
- Estimated shipping time is 3 - 6 days.

RETURN POLICY
BAGS
All bags are small-batch handmade products, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. Milligram Los Angeles does not accept returns for bags because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your handcrafted bag, you may return your (clean, unworn) bag and pouch in its original packaging to our address within TEN (10) days of receipt with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a refund.
Please email us at info@milligramla.com or use our email form on the contact page telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address.
Customers are liable for return and delivery costs.
APPAREL
Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If any of our products do not make your life better, please return it within TEN (10) days and we'll cheerfully refund your payment. Please note, items must be in their original condition with their tags still attached, unwashed, unworn, and unblemished for a full refund. Customers are liable for return and delivery costs.
Please allow up to 1 week from when your order arrives back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.
JEWELLERY
- An exchange may be offered for change of mind*, provided the item is returned within TEN (10) days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition along with all original packaging.
- Customers are liable for return and delivery costs.
Items which cannot be returned:
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on earrings are not accepted.
- There are no returns or exchanges under any condition for any customised orders.
